School Improvement Plan
At Ursuline Academy Ilford, we are a deeply reflective community, committed to continual improvement in the service of our students and families. Our self-evaluation is thoughtful, honest and purposeful, shaped by close attention to what is working well and where we can do even better.
Rooted in the Catholic social teaching principle of subsidiarity, our improvement work is informed by the voices of those closest to the day-to-day life of the school. We actively seek and value the views of students, staff, parents and carers, governors and external partners, ensuring that decisions are made with integrity, clarity and care.
Our School Improvement Plan for 2025–26 sets out a clear and focused overview of our priorities for the year ahead. It builds on the strong foundations already in place and reflects our shared commitment to belonging, believing and becoming, so that every young person is known, supported and enabled to flourish.
